We show actual photos of the items in our website. However, if you're extremely unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to assist you in finding your perfect fit. We offer exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order.
Here are a few important details to keep in mind regarding exchanges:
1. Exchange Eligibility: Purchased items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, including all original packaging. but eligible for an exchange (only if the item is found to be defective).
2. Exchange Value: The value of the item at the time of exchange will be determined based on the price you paid.
3. Exchange Process: If you'd like to proceed with an exchange, please email us at info@3msjewelry.com. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and assist you in finding a suitable replacement. Please note that custom-made, personalized items, as well as resized, engraved, or modified pieces, are not eligible for exchange.
4. Price Difference: In the case of exchanging for an item of higher value, you will need to cover the price difference. If you choose an item of lower value, the refund* for the price difference will automatically be converted into store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Shipping Fees: Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the exchange process.
